  • How much do you charge?

    Charges vary depending on the size and requirements of the project. Prices typically start from £350. To get an accurate quote for your project, please contact us. 

  • What are your payment terms?

    In order to secure your shoot date we require a non-refundable deposit of £100 to be paid into our business account. This will be deducted from the final agreed fee and the remaining monies will need to be settled on the day of your shoot.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We only accept Bank Transfer at the moment.

  • Can you supply music for my video project?

    Yes. We have access to a  subscription based library of songs on sounstripe.com, so  we are able to supply our clients with high quality copyright free music of their choice. This means that your videos will be licenced to be used on all social media platforms, including  YouTube, without you encountering copyright issues.

  • How long will it take to receive my video?

    We deliver most of our 1 min (and other short form)  video projects typically within a period of 7-10 working days. Kindly note longer form  content may take considerably longer to deliver.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes, we are fully ensured with full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance. Proof of this can be supplied upon request.
